It's well known that YouTube has become a showcase for new emerging artists!

In recent years, this American site has been the launching pad for new artists on the national (and international) scene; while browsing YouTube, a friend of mine introduced me to a Roman band called "About Wayne", which became famous for composing the opening theme of a mini-series shot on the same site called "Freaks!", featuring many video makers who have become famous on the same "Tube".

After releasing the eponymous soundtrack, the young Roman band decided to release their debut album through iTunes. Naturally, being the album of an emerging band, the limited success is understandable (although gradually their small fame is expanding, always thanks to the giant that is YouTube in the global network landscape).

Listening to this work, I can assure you that for an emerging band, it represents a Rock/Pop music album that is interesting, gritty, dynamic, and pleasant, especially suitable for a teenage audience, excellent for debuting in the music scene, reminiscent of bands like 30 Seconds to Mars, Incubus, Sinew, and so on. The singles released are respectively: "Freaks!" & "The Maniac of the Seventh Floor".

In short, the guys have what it takes to reach significant heights, but first, they need a period to improve. The path is right; we have time to see if they will become a future band.
