I agree and subscribe. The beauty of these two pseudo-rock puppets is that music journalists (???) keep reviewing their albums as masterpieces. It’s fine that a journalist's salary isn’t that high, but at this point, instead of giving away their pen, why don’t they just give away their ass? The important thing is to earn.

The only thing that partially saves Ligabue is that he himself calls his music pop (he has clearly stated this in more than one interview), so in that context, something like that fits in well: alongside Tiziano Ferro, Nek, Neffa, Omar Pedrini, Pierò Pelù, Vasco Rossi, and so on.

The problem isn’t Ligabue, but the two hundred thousand who go to his concert. If there were a thousand, as happens at concerts, I don't know, of Pupo or Tony Dallara, everything would be in the right perspective. That a mediocre artist has this kind of exposure and can do concerts, films, books, when there are hundreds of talented bands and soloists in the world who have lost their contracts or are barely making it with tiny labels, is... annoying.

Musically, it's not that bad. Sure, all the songs sound the same and the voice hits only one note, but it's not totally shit. Well, that this is a commercial album is obvious from the first listen, and that Ligabue is tremendously repetitive is well-known; just listen to the last two works before this one. In fact, I stand corrected, defining this last CD as a work seems a bit exaggerated to me. Nevertheless, it sells (indeed!!) proving that in music you can also create bad things as long as you have the name to pull them off. And by now Liga sells and fills stadiums regardless of the quality of the product. But as a singer, I have to break a lance for him. The album, although just a clever way to make money, is still catchy. I've listened to it, but I haven't thrown it away unlike our reviewer. I hardly ever throw CDs in the trash, even if they aren't original. I listen to it occasionally in the car, and I actually like two songs... What I don’t understand is his success as a director and as a writer... oh well! The mysteries of life! The review is not very objective considering Fede's hatred for Liga and gets lost in a mountain of insults. What a shame!

A horrendous album, yet I quite liked Ligabue's "Giro d'Italia." However, his career consists of 12 albums (if I'm not mistaken), of which only 3 are bearable (the first one, the best, "Lambrusco, pop corn..." and, of course, "Giro d'Italia"). To be honest, even the lauded "Buon compleanno Elvis" was nothing special.
To be honest, I believe his only masterpiece is the third one, "Sopravissutie sopravviventi," but the first and second are also good examples of local rock. From "buoncompleanno Elvis" onwards, his career has been an endless decline.
Of course, it takes very little to make you angry... the fact that you feature human cases shows what kind of fabric this site is made of... there is no freedom of opinion... if someone likes Ligabue, they're a human case, it can't be! I'm proud of the nomination and I'm going to annoy you like never before because we need to fight the dictatorship on this site... everyone has the chance to express their opinion and defend their artist, dear FedeHetfield, I throw tantrums whenever I want because you allow yourselves to throw too much crap at artists who don't deserve it just because they've commercialized a bit... bisius, go screw yourself, it’s people like you that I despise!

I think it always depends on the reason why one is labeled a "human case"; if it were because of my musical tastes, I would honestly be proud of it. Not because they are better than others, but because I always find it very beautiful to be proud of one’s own ideas. Then, if they are subject to criticism, the important thing is to question oneself, but not submissively as someone might want.
cptgaio, I too am proud of my ideas.. it is evident from the fact that I defend Liga on an anti-Liga site, which is the epitome of Vasco (even though no one on this site knows songs like "Certe notti" or "Albachiara," along with many others).

this is an incredible album and Ligabue is my idol...oh how much I would give to spend a night in bed with him....I won't rate the album because 5 is too little.
