Never let it be said that I don't comment on a review of Marianne... the first time I saw her was in a Metallica video... I think it was from Reload where she was playing a little organ... I wondered who she was... later I read that in the fervor of her youth she was caught by Her Majesty's police offering, naked, a Mars bar to Jagger... since then I've adored her. I tried to download some stuff but there's always very little... anyway, great woman, great... oh, I recently saw her in an English ghost movie... who knows!
Aristarchus, the production from the "last" years is interesting. The last album, "Before the Poison," featuring collaborations with P.J. Harvey, Nick Cave, and Damon Albarn, is a great record. "Blazing Away" from 1990 was also good. I'm fond of "Strange Weather" from 1987. I also recommend the mentioned album with the single, "Broken English," from '79, which is more "pop." Bai bai.
But Rolling Stones didn’t mean rolling stones? It’s not a criticism, I’m just asking you: is it you who confused stones-bones, or am I the one who didn’t get a wordplay or a reference of yours? I think the latter…
I had missed this one among the myriad of other reviews... what a pity because it is very well written and the album in question is truly splendid. Well done, Andrea. And it's also a shame about the limited number of comments...
