Okay, there's this Netflix series called Love that you can imagine what it's about. In the 4th episode, Mark Everett aka mr.E aka Eels appears. The episode turns into a concentrate of "indie" made in the USA with lines like "The night... the night that f*ckin' Elliott Smith died, Shaun and I did crack and then we went and we banged on everybody's doors and told them about it." or the dialogue between Everett and the protagonist "E: you play? G: not well E: me neither, actually i'm pretty good."

But it's funny.
