Act:1: Goodbye Friends Of The Heavenly Bodies

This is the sixteenth time I've started this review, and perhaps it would be better to give up for a long list of reasons. First of all, I am not skilled at it, and then there are truly many people on this site who can beautifully narrate music with words, so I keep telling myself try one more time, and then that's it.

There's one reason that drives me to continue: one of my favorite albums on Debaser has yet to be reviewed! And considering how many times I've lost myself in its notes, I feel obliged to return the favor and give it a small space.

Alright, we have the reason, but the review? How can I convey what's in this album?

I could choose the Wiki route, like: Daniel Victor is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist who in 2005 put together the 16 songs of this album by collaborating with as many singers. Just by listing the groups from which the vocal contributors come, I would end up with six pages of review, but that's not what I want to convey.

I could choose the headline method, akin to a shout: a magnificent album... unmissable... album of the year, and so on. Even this does not help me.

So I simply choose to describe my emotions because this is the album that accompanies me in those moments when one wishes to be away from the world, when in dim light I sit in my favorite chair and let it gently embrace me.
I press the play button and wait for the first piano note to welcome me.
"Would you settle for a wasted life? We can't always belong to a place in time..." it's him, and it's always magical, something I can't tear myself away from from the first to the last note. Many voices with one sound in an attempt to materialize the essence of dreams.

I am a strange person; sometimes I choose books I don't know based on what the cover communicates to me. In the case of this book, I fell in love with the group's name and bought the CD, yes... the group's name...

Neverending White Lights, infinite white lights. Sometimes I complicate my life, telling the story of the album is simpler than it seems.
