Preceded by the single "Stupid Love," "Chromatica" is Lady Gaga's 6th studio album, which, setting aside her previous alter ego "Joanne" from the last album and the massive hit "Shallow" from the film "A Star is Born" (which earned her a Grammy), returns to shine in the pop dance scene with an excellent album dedicated to nightclubs despite the pandemic issue.

An album that returns to its roots, a highly danceable record, an explosion of music and colors, with very popular collaborations with Ariana Grande and Elton John.

It feels like we're back to the levels of ten years ago when Gaga, with "The Fame," made Madonna and all the others tremble. The queen of pop is back. Beautiful disco tracks that will make history: "Rain on Me," "Alice," "911," and many others bring Lady Gaga back into the dancefloor and glitter orbit.

"Chromatica" was supposed to be released in March 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic issue, it was moved to the end of May 2020, with a bit of delay, yet both leading singles are already classics.

I met Lady Gaga in 2011 and saw her live once at the Mediolanum Forum in Assago for the "Joanne Tour." I hope the "Chromatica Tour" 2021 will also come to Italy. Amazing album. Hats off :)

The singer dons the role of a cyberpunk heroine, aggressive and fragile at the same time, a cross between a post-atomic Madonna and a character straight out of a sci-fi B-movie.

"Chromatica moves away from the tear-jerking melodies of 'Shallow' to emphasize the liberating power of music and dance."
