Until recently, I had absolutely no idea who the "Kyuss" were, and I barely knew "Queens of the Stone Age" any better. I filled this gap thanks to some wise guy on "DeBaser", whom I thank, after reviewing (here) the first and only (for now, I hope) self-titled album released by "Them Crooked Vultures" in 2010. So, I bought "Wretch" and downloaded all the rest for free.
About an album like this, everything and more has probably already been said. So, I don't know where to start to write a review worthy of this name, and I could end it here.
I simply invite anyone who hasn't done so yet to listen to this album and do the same with the rest of their discography. And I would add that this "Sky Valley" is the best among their albums, including "Blues for the Red Sun", simply because you won't find songs like "Gardenia", "Asteroid" and "Odyssey" in the latter.
My intent is to create a discussion on your preferences for the "Kyuss" albums and maybe get some new suggestions.
