Ladies and gentlemen, this "Hello Debris" is a very cool album and someone has to know about it. Even you indie-rock and alternative lovers should listen to it. You'll find a suavely dramatic female voice guiding you through eighteen short songs, created so that the simple structure of the song form and some slightly more daring things can coexist easily. The result makes it immediately enjoyable without falling into the pathetic "already heard".

Alternative? I don't know, it could be. It seems like a genre with such a wide spectrum that maybe I can include this album too, alongside Sonic Youth and Motorpsycho, (who don’t really fit [maybe] but should boost the review’s audience).

So then dear monkey, why write about an alternative album that you don’t even know what it is?

Well, because Hail is Suzanne Lewis and Bob Drake, damn it! Two important names in American rock in opposition.

Yes, alright but please don’t run away yet, don’t leave me now because I’ll tell you that the time has come for you to know how amazing Bob Drake is and that no one gives a damn about him, poor guy. Of course, I don’t expect you to like this intricate stuff, but this little album is so easy to digest and so full of ideas that, well...

In short, if the monkey hadn't told you that there’s an alternative album or whatever it is, amidst the chaos of avant-prog-rock-in-opposition, how would you have discovered it? By sifting through the Recommended Records catalog?
