OH YES! I had lost all hope but I just found this LP by the divine Grace Slick with her band Jefferson Starship...1974! 🚀
P.S. it was in the basement with my elementary school notebooks...BUT WHY.

Nine Days Wonder - Fermillon / Puppet Dance / Square / Hope? / Morning Spirit / Fermillon Himself
The most kaleidoscopic cauldron birthed by Germany. Hard Psych and Canterbury Jazz Rock disturbingly fused, at times wonderfully excessive, where the only feeling you can experience is amazement...1971! 🍵

Another LP from dad!

Traveling Like A Gypsy
another obscure Funk/Jazz Rock English band!

Thunderhead - Space Saver
The Southern bum from the outskirts that I like!

Tyburn Tall - War Game
A stunning Hard Rock album from 1972 featuring a singer who, at times, seems to not only reach the highs of Ian Gillan but also foreshadow King Diamond!

Private Lines - Bat An Eye
The adorable American rock/power pop.

Strange Days - 9 Parts To The Wind
Cockney Rebel and Split Enz vibes!

Jeff Eubank - For Your Return
Interesting...between John Martyn and Bruce Cockburn, 1983!

Chameleon - Life Positions
Another great obscure American band between Yes and Nektar...1976!

Highway Robbery - Promotion Man
Here's the hard blues proto heavy ruffian that makes me cling to the chandelier...1972!

...and who would have thought that I would find the masters of Japan in Viterbo, along with many other illustrious names of the Wave. But you know, sometimes the students surpass the masters, or rather, they earn more, and this album by Metro remains a gem for connoisseurs. In 1976, two English gentlemen, with a dandy/elegant disco look, packed a deadly medley of genres and innovations into their first album. The Art Glam experimentation melts into the most glittery Funky, the most refined Folk, or that type of ballad so dear to Roxy Music/10cc. My ears, make a shelter!

I just bought Tago Mago by Can and I feel like I've just purchased the Mona Lisa. I know some eccentric bands, but the concentration of avant-garde, agonizing Blues, cosmic psalms, crooked Jazz, and tribal Funk of this album is nothing short of shocking. After listening to a record like this, it's impossible not to feel different, because the aim of Art is precisely this, despite today's insiders having destroyed it: to transform.

Stop - Pieseň z hôľ
Great Slovak jazz rock band!
