Known primarily for "The Exorcist," which is a great film, but I prefer him in his ventures into the crime-thriller genre. Who else can create films like "The Wages of Fear," "The French Connection," "Cruising," "Killer Joe," and especially his masterpiece "To Live and Die in L.A."? A wizard of chases and action scenes, but I admire him for his prevailing pessimism and desperate characters.

The band can be a vehicle for younger people to approach rock, and that's fine as it is. I don't see any other reasons since they are clearly remaking music that came out 40/50 years ago.

They were my first love in the rock scene; I've played them so much that I can no longer listen to them. "Nevermind" made history during that time, but fundamentally it's an overrated album; "In Utero" is better.

If you think of some band or singer that you can't stand... well, they are worse.

The cutest track (Paracetamolo) seems to have more than a few echoes of some gems by Rino Gaetano and Lucio Dalla. That said, he is the singer-songwriter we deserve in these times. The poor Rino, when he was alive, had not even half the success of this guy... Who has the audience of the bimbominkia on his side.

Fantastic live... Great album "Mojito Football Club," including the beautiful "Il Muro del Canto."

An incredibly underrated Belgian band. Essential is the debut album "From Here to There," which features several gems, including the spectacular "Flavor."

The king of trash. At 78 years old, he still had an incredible energy; until last week, he would always go to get roasted on the radio by the Zoo, then on February 28... "Leone di Lernia will never die, Hauz!!"

Francesco De Gregori may have made some good records... but his last 28 are really getting on my nerves.. In the kingdom of the twisted and the prince of nothing.. He was already copying Bob Dylan when he was in the cradle.. (Quote: Duo Bucolico)
