One of my favorite bands from Tutausend. "A sound that is both rustic and decadent, with woody reverberations, from the usual handful of acid chords subdued to the powerful and deep timbre of Sivert Høyem." Rest in peace Robert Buras, who was the architect of that sound.

He tells life with a poetry and elegance that are rarely found in modern music. But it's not just the strength of the lyrics; behind them lies a musical and life journey in an unstoppable crescendo. Attend his concerts, always thrilling. Perhaps you'll be lucky enough to see him accompanied by Angelini, Pier Cortese, and the violinist Di Cesare. He may not have released five-star albums, but the consistent quality from Cura del tempo onward, along with the added value of his live performances, leads me to lean towards the highest rating.

Few bands in the 90s maintained such high standards. The Edges of Twilight is their gem. The best example of reinterpreting the sound of Led Zeppelin, with a personality and instrumental skill that is decidedly above the norm. And their ability to modernize their sound in subsequent albums adds even more value for me.

Loveless is enough for me: a collective illusion. By all means, let them come, but it really doesn't say anything to me.
