A phenomenon that has little to do with music, more so with media and visuals. The proof lies in the fact that when someone talks about it, they hardly ever mention the music (apart from the usual 4-5 tracks that even the stegosauruses from millions of years ago know through a crack in the time fabric), but always discuss its visual imagery and what it has become because of it. That said, I don't think I've ever genuinely heard one of their songs.
