I would say that the '80s were a black hole, not the '90s, especially musically (apart from a few cases of fantastic bands... see Hüsker Dü, Sonic Youth, and a couple of others)!

I partially agree with the know-it-all and partially with the reviewer... in the sense that the best album by Faust is undoubtedly "Faust IV" and that I don't consider this one a masterpiece either... Certainly, when it comes to kraut rock, "Tago Mago" by Can is unmatchable!!!... after that, I'd place "Neu!" and of course "Faust IV".

Come on, saying that "American Idiot was the ugly clone of an excessive album with weekend propagandist ambitions" seems a bit exaggerated!!! American Idiot was a good album, with some really noteworthy moments! Unfortunately, though, this latest one is quite disappointing... anyway, it was written! It's a shame because the album by "Foxboro Hot Tubs" I really liked a lot!!!
