Actually, "Grand Master Mogol" is not the first album... before it, there’s the fantastic "Gamera" and the debut "Apotheke"! But I know why, I’m from Friuli... because these albums, especially the first one, are hard to find!

I love the Promise Ring (and I'm over 18-19 years old, to be precise, 28), I’ve listened to this and Nothing Feels Good endlessly... anyway, Very Emergency isn’t bad either, even though it doesn’t reach the heights of the first two! For those who like the Promise Ring, I recommend checking out the band they came from... Cap'n Jazz, truly amazing, quirky, and lo-fi... not for everyone, though!
