I find this very beautiful too!!

I was waiting for them, but unfortunately for me, they failed!! Better the solo album by Casablancas!!...and anyway, the first one was not just a good album; it was a great album! One of the best of the last decade!! Whether they like it or not, they opened a vein of bands that copied them to the extreme (even though they themselves were drawing from the sounds of Television and Velvet)!! I've lost count of how many groups emerged copying Casablancas' voice and their typical slacker and meandering style from the first album!! "Is this It" is a 5-star album without a doubt and especially a record that will be remembered; this, alas, is an album that will soon be forgotten!! However, "under cover of darkness" is really a great track!!
The Chemical Brothers Hanna - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack

Well... to say that the Chemical Brothers are an overrated group is quite bold; their first three albums are masterpieces of the '90s, particularly "Dig Your Own Hole," a true masterpiece of music in general. I mean, tracks like "The Private Psychedelic Reel" (a real trip for the mind), "Where Do I Begin," "Block Rockin' Beats," and so on are not written every day. "Surrender" itself served up absolute gems like "Out of Control," "Hey Boy Hey Girl," "Dream On," etc. However, it's true that they later lost their way and became somewhat sellouts in pursuit of the charts. Fortunately, with "Further," they returned to the greatness they deserve (in terms of beauty, it ranks just behind the first three)!! This soundtrack is a confirmation of their excellent state of health!!

Very nice album, not like Nouns but noteworthy!!! Great albums are still coming out now... it's just that there's a lot more crap around, so it seems like there aren’t any!! The fact is that in the '60s cool albums also made it to the charts... now, just looking at the sales charts (not only in Italy but also in the UK and the USA) makes you want to pull your hair out... apart from a few rare cases of bands that please everyone!!!

I would like to clarify that when you go to the cinema, in the room where they show an animated film, the trailers that are shown before the start are all or almost all trailers for animated films... Conversely, when you go to see a horror movie, they always show trailers for horror films or high-thrill thrillers and so on… (except, of course, for a few exceptions for movies expected to have a big box office that they show in all theaters)! Because it’s not like before SHREK starts they can show the trailer for saw VII!!!!!! So it’s not that they only make animated films and that the actors cost too much; it’s simply that the trailers they show are for the genre of the movie you’re going to see!! That said, the last chapter of SHREK isn't bad, come on, and if someone wants to be tough out of bias, they can go ahead; for me, it's a 3.5!

This album accompanied me quite a bit during those years... and I still enjoy listening to it now!! The second one wasn’t bad but inferior to this debut... then they lost their way, like almost everyone who makes this genre!! I liked the review!!

As a lover of the good Richard, I can only give a high rating to the album!!! His voice is one of the most emotional I have ever heard, especially in the ballads!! Good reviews, but if you can, avoid the track by track; they don't like that here!!!
Verdena Il suicidio dei samurai
Voto:
The best work by Verdena... and in my opinion, "17 tir nel cortile" and "40 secondi di niente" are the best tracks of the album... after "Glamodrama" of course... the instrumental outro is truly magnificent!!
The Chemical Brothers Further
Voto:
The reviewer made a very valid point... you can't listen to this album as background music or with a 500 sound system!! Listen to it with a decent stereo or with excellent headphones, and you'll discover the infinite nuances that the Chemicals have accustomed us to in their three initial masterpieces!! Of course, reaching the beauty of those three albums is an impossible feat (tell me who can make an album at the level of Dig Your Own Hole these days!!) but this Further is definitely the best since Surrender... a dance-psychedelic journey that's a mind trip that no one can replicate but them!!! Music that sets you off to other destinations, to other worlds!! To be honest, as a Chemical fan, I also thought they were washed up after the last two albums (...which in the end "We Are the Night" isn't even that bad... but from them, it's fair to expect much more) but this album has brought them back in a big way!! Rating 4.5
