A piece of history!

Very good, Anderson, excellent and detailed review! - The album in question is certainly a good record but, from my point of view, the overly Eastern atmospheres do somewhat penalize it. It's undeniable that after a strong disappointment like "Catfish Rising" (which, in my opinion, is the worst of the Tull... even worse than "Under Wraps"!) the band quickly got back on track... however, I clearly prefer "Dot Com" as it seems more genuine and spontaneous to me. - Anyway, given that the J.T. often and willingly change genre and musical approach (and for this reason they are great!), it's obvious that everyone has their own favorites depending on personal musical sensitivity... - If half points could be given, I would rate this album a solid 3.5 out of 5. But, since it's impossible, I round it up to 4! - Again, my compliments.

If I were constipated, I would gladly listen to them! At least you had the decency not to consider them punk!
