Great review. The film is also legendary, and thank goodness it's in black and white :) Before "Tetsuo," Tsukamoto made a truly delirious film called "The Electric Pole Boy." It's so absurd that it deserves a watch.

A avoidable film. I remember the trailer, which was misleading as few.. it seemed like some kind of horror with a psychopathic twist, instead... Robin Williams is not Anthony Hopkins... I was naive (but at least I saw it on DVD).
