I can only almost completely agree with Alessio's and 47's thoughts: I have the impression that, unfortunately, that degraded youth world described by Moccia, while probably outlined in exaggerated tones (I don't know, I have no idea), isn't too far from the truth. In short, there's a lot of crap. Do you have an idea, for example, of what Pgold is?
