You had already convinced me with the degenerates. Anyway, the midday looks like the alien from Men in Black... not Edgar, but Victoria.
Srđan Spasojević A Serbian Film
Voto:
For years I've heard it mentioned and today, feeling like watching a family movie, I finally saw it. Since I don't know Serbian (rancore), I watched it with subtitles and that made it a bit complicated to enjoy.
I agree with what was said above: the critique of the nation is laid out by the director, but honestly, I find it a load of nonsense. Maybe I'm just not sensitive enough.
I find the acting stiff and some of the ideas really B-movie level. The plot is very straightforward and to be honest, I didn't have any surprises; I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but I knew more or less where each scene was heading. So either I’m very smart (but those who live with me would strongly disagree) or it’s all fairly predictable.
That said, there are definitely some strong scenes that are ethically "blasphemous," but after watching it, I still craved tea and cookies.
In summary: negligible and avoidable, but watching it could boost your "cool factor" when mentioning it at the pizzeria in front of friends and girls.
Periphery Periphery IV: Hail Stan
Voto:
Very technically skilled. Although this is becoming almost a cliché, considering that the technical level of these nerds from their rooms is reaching shocking heights. Nonetheless, I've never really liked them; I don't know exactly why, but they have always given me the impression of being "artificial." As for the issue of too many reviews, I've already written about it somewhere.
Dysrhythmia The Veil Of Control

Gruppone. I also saw Meshuggah in Bologna, but I can't remember when😅. That being said, I like how you write; I’m usually interested in the genre, both audio and video, but you need to tone it down a bit, you’re almost at the spam level and it’s a shame.
Intervals In Time
Voto:
Avantgarde Metal, not really.
Djent done well by Periphery, not really.
Intervals (even if it's only him now) are incredibly talented, technically frightening, and, thankfully, not excessively convoluted.
Jim Sheridan Brothers

Seen a few days ago. Nice, although I'm starting to feel emotionally dry and less inclined towards linear stories. Must be my age.
Anyway, I confirm that Toby McGuire is very good, even though he has more of a physique of a controversy lifter than a marine. Gyleencoso is always good, but I've seen him do better, same goes for Natalie.
Within Destruction Yokai

I've only heard the suggested track: it reminds me of Falling In Reverse.
It's not a compliment.
Abel Ferrara Siberia
Voto:
I have only seen the bad lieutenant (5 stars) and the addiction (4 stars but I don’t think I understood it completely) from Ferrara. I love Defoe, so this could be to my liking.
P.S.: I’m more familiar with Manuel Ferrara's filmography 😎
Afterhours Germi

I liked this, derivative from the grunge a few years earlier, but still very good. I also liked "Hai paura del buio." Then I lost them, too, along the way.

Even today, after a flood of listens, I find it beautiful.
