Among the three works by Verdena, this album is the worst—too grunge, too Nirvana style, not original enough. Much better, much better are the two subsequent efforts. Dexter, after the crap you said about Blink, you did a nice review.

The album isn't bad, but the dark or gothic rock movement, however we want to call it, has given us much better. Maybe it's because Christian Death are American and didn't embrace the movement as well, but still, the album is definitely good but not exceptional.

shit review. there's no doubt except for the apt analogy between "bambolina barracuda" and "i duri hanno due cuori." for the rest, this album is the most decent of Liga, although as has been said, it's not worth a dime except perhaps for "la bambolina del carillon," which is an attempt to diversify the interpretation of the album.

too biased review. Calling it a masterpiece of rock history is an immense exaggeration. It's a good album, nothing more. Maybe it's because I find Queen highly overrated, but even A Night at the Opera doesn't seem that exceptional to me. Bohemian Rhapsody.

Red Hot Chili Peppers Californication

I have been following the Peppers for a lifetime and I do not agree with giving 4 stars to Californication. There is a masterpiece like Blood Sugar Sex Magik and two great albums like Mother's Milk and Freaky Styley, not to mention One Hot Minute. Those are albums worth 4 stars, but Californication is NOT.
