It must be that I don't like half measures, but I either enjoy the madness of Dark Star or the folk purity of Garcia's solo work. This album is still a successful attempt to combine those two "souls" of Garcia. In my opinion, the "psychedelic" moments of this album are not outstanding at all. My rating would be 3.90. I'll see how to bring it out.
