You got it, Bender, how informed he is about Donovan! This, along with "A Gift From A Flower..", are definitely my favorites. Considering that it’s snowing outside, I’d say we can’t listen to them again until at least May; there’s a time for everything.

As a huge fan of the Doors (my first love), I can only think that this is a pathetic commercial operation. This box set has crossed my path several times, but I've never had the courage to buy it. What’s the point of spreading the two concerts over 6 CDs when some tracks are just Jim talking to the audience (how boring) or worse, the band tuning their instruments! The same goes for the three live releases in recent years (Boston, Pittsburgh, and the very recent Live in Vancouver), all from 1970 and with practically identical setlists. The bottom of the barrel has been scraped enough… that’s enough, guys!

Look who’s here, the most southern Modenese on the site! Great mention of an album I adore. Beautiful sounds and especially a lot of inspiration. I've been searching for the CD for a long time but it’s out of print and only available at crazy prices... oh well! Suggestions are welcome.
