Yes, they drew inspiration from the Doors, but that's not a secret, I believe. But going from that to saying they are a copy... there's a big difference. It's just a matter of taste; evidently, you prefer the Stones :-)

Alessio Iride is right, dear John Winston. Besides the fact that they are not a copy of the Stones, if anything the Stooges have perfected their style, making it harder and more "sick." I've listened to these jets, and they simply don't say anything to me.

I actually liked the review; it's fun and well written. And I assure you, saramacbain, that the sexism here on Debaser takes on much more insidious and hateful forms than what is presented here, which is, by the way, naive and harmless.
