Unassailable review, I think like you about this film, one of the best crime movies of the '80s. But how wicked is this film...

Of course Tarantino is right, we are always the first to speak poorly of Italian cinema, then when Americans remind us of it, we get offended... let's get a grip, then if the successful movies are the various Boldi, De Sica, Pieraccioni, Manuale D'amore, Notte prima degli esami, Muccino, Scamarcio, we can't say we have a healthy Italian cinema... Take "Mio Fratello è figlio unico" by Lucchetti, in my opinion a good product of Italian cinema and it had a decent success, but to achieve this, it had to rely on a star idolized by teenage girls...

Kevin Smith has done some good things (especially "Clerks" and "Chasing Amy") but that doesn't save him, absolutely boring.
Quentin Tarantino Grindhouse - A prova di morte

In "Jackie Brown," did he flounder? That’s where you’re wrong; it’s one of the most underrated films of the '90s. Plus, look at the fact that it was based on a short story by Elmore Leonard, then he adapted it into the screenplay. Lack of ideas? I would say that the writing is one of the film's strengths, watch it again...
