I expected more, something is missing, I prefer Planet Terror.. Sure, great babes, splatter, cheesy stuff, iconic Jeff Fahey, but De Niro is now a parody of himself.. Check out "Hobo with a Shotgun" with Rutger Hauer, it’s a step above...

Great album... sure, they don't invent anything and if you're looking for something innovative, stay away, but it's a powerful and straightforward record (no ballads). Great start (from track 1 to 6), mediocre middle part (from 7 to 9), nice ending (10 and 11). Good reception.

It fits into the filmography of the Coen brothers, but there are other masterpieces (The Big Lebowski, Fargo, No Country for Old Men, Blood Simple, The Man Who Wasn't There, Miller's Crossing). Good job by Bridges and the young girl.
