After listening to it multiple times, you might say it lives up to "Song for the Deaf," but maybe it’s true that many who enjoyed its predecessor won't like it and might dismiss it right away. I mostly agree with Rivo; it's true that sometimes the album is disappointing, but I would say it's more than pleasant and sometimes surprising. ALBUM RATING = 3.5

Sparse review; you could have said more; everyone compares it to OK Computer (great album) but I think it's a nice record and that "Citizen Erased," the best song on the album, fits perfectly.
