So, the two versions of Scarecrow are identical; anyway, get "Early Singles," which contains not only the tracks from this album reviewed by Charles but also four additional songs. "Relics," on the other hand, is a mix of singles and tracks taken from "Piper...", "More," and "A Sacerful...", and it also includes the unreleased "Biding My Time," although as a collection, I recommend "Early Singles."
