Rumiko Takahashi Maison Ikkoku
Voto:
Very good. Maison Ikkoku is certainly a more mature work by Takahashi; unfortunately, I haven't read it thoroughly yet, but I only have memories of the anime. Fortunately, my cousin has the complete manga, so I take your suggestion to draw new determination to read it, since I truly believe it is a tremendous work.

Nice album, I don’t share the enthusiastic tones but the first part of the album holds up well. It can get tiresome easily, though... Not a very convincing review.

Well done, I reviewed their self-titled album which I really liked a lot. I listened to this one briefly but it didn’t grab me in the same way. I’ll give it another try! :)

@DARTHVADER: I must respectfully disagree. DLC = downloadable content; expansions are something else entirely, as they may not be downloadable (see Warcraft with TFT), and not everything that is DLC (for example, a character, a costume, etc.) is an expansion.

Blink-182 Blink-182

Listening to it again now, I would say it's my least favorite album by Blink. I preferred them when they played more carefree stuff, even though there are some nice melancholic tracks on this album, regardless of what the DeBaserians say... ;)

For me, Pearl Jam after two songs make a third testicle drop.
Brand New Deja Entendu

There’s something punk about it (I’m not just talking about Brand New, but also Sunny Day Real Estate, etc.), anyway yes indie-rock captures it better (even though indie also means everything and nothing), moral of the story, the debate about genres is pointless... :D

Sorry to say it guys, but even BN doesn't sound emo. Emo is something else entirely (a branch of hardcore punk), it has nothing to do with the "melodic" punk/rock of Brand New, or even Sunny Day Real Estate, Further Seems Forever, Texas Is The Reason.

It collected virtual dust on my bookshelf ("Sic Transit Gloria... Glory Fades" aside), but I'll give it a chance. Rece ok! ;)
