Make peace with yourself. It seems to me that this album, except for three tracks, is crap even according to your opinion as a fan, imagine for us ordinary mortals... so why 3 stars?

Funny review and interesting proposal, you wrote it in one go and I love things written spontaneously, but there are a few suspicious doubles, like LEGGITTIMARE and FACCIANNO... a double check is always a good idea! :P I still want to listen to these. Well done! ;)

This Maria Brink has an incredible pair of assets, but her face doesn't convince me... how old is she?

Avoiding risky comparisons with historical groups that have little to do with this, this is definitely a pleasant album. "Famous Last Words" and "Dead!" are two great tracks that, if they weren’t branded as [MTV trash] or [emo for trendy preteens], would have their success even here on DeB. The rest is just bar chatter.

You've hit the nail on the head. Great album this one, the others in comparison taste bland, even though they're actually not bad.

I've loved the early productions of BFMV (various EPs and The Poison); it seems that their downward trajectory shows no signs of stopping, quite the opposite...

Not my cup of tea, but the review conveys the idea well.

To respond to Bartleboom: excessive length, repetitiveness, etc. are flaws of shonen manga in general. Both Ranma 1/2 and Inuyasha, unlike Maison Ikkoku, fall under the shonen genre and therefore - yes - they tend to last "a lot" and to reproduce situations that may feel déjà vu. Personally, I was never bored with Ranma 1/2 but - and here I untangle the knot - I was little and shonen are comics for kids, who clearly do not suffer from or notice the repetition of the same pattern endlessly.
