I think Rush is also on par with the singles taken from the album, a great dark piece with that aura of profane damnation that permeates a bit of the whole work. The DM have rarely managed throughout their career to maintain a high level for the entire duration of their albums (as if they were coming up for air with the material proposed for each recording), but in each of them they have always pulled out some classics. And that's already a lot.

The best track on the album remains Room A Thousand Years in my opinion, killer beat, and the sax in the infernal chaos of the ending, chills.

review from 1, not even a word about pieces filled with spleen like mercy or sugar sugar sugar or up jumped the devil, no no on the cave of the golden times I demand respect and professionalism not harmless and flat farts like these

Seven Years in Tibet, whatever people may say, remains a highly successful piece, an album that's a solid 3 all things considered.

The German anthem has always thrilled me, and hearing it on this CD can only further increase my admiration for this artist. This album might be just a notch below Desertshore and Marble Index, but the levels are still immense. In terms of female artists, perhaps there hasn't been a woman as courageous as this one, a radical sense of not belonging, a radical rejection of compromise, a radical disgust for the system—MYTH.
