It really captures well the "contemplative" peace that listening to this album provides me. I don't fully agree with the folk label.

I remembered LE chinchilla, a vaguely pre-emo group from about a decade ago, quite disappointing. Such a curious moniker for a band like that. With a "professional" reception, given how they present themselves, I prefer to steer clear of it.

Clever pop with "special effects" for the naive kids of the time. I personally met a guy who got excited watching the singer fiddling with some sort of bazooka that spat sparks. Meh! You can't forgive everything just out of nostalgia. I avoid this stuff... but I always enjoy rewatching the episodes of Space1999.
