Ah dear ones, I’ve read the book about five times, and here I am, diving right into the mix with you guys who are now in your forties, with jobs and families (at least I hope you do), to remind you that this book actually reveals a thousand emotions from the world of us adolescents, masked by arrogance and rudeness. Behind this, there is suffering and a desire to live and be noticed, because we are now overwhelmed by the usual crap that bombards us from morning till night from that box that is all smoke and no substance, television. Instead, thanks to Moccia and this book, personally (I don't know how many others have felt this way), it still makes me believe in the carefreeness and dreams that we all adolescents keep tucked away. Well, you are now grown-ups, vaccinated, hardworking people bringing home the money, so you think you know everything about life and you might even think that our adolescent rudeness is irretrievable and concerning. Dear ones, there were you before us. But soon, not anymore. Soon we will be the future, and we hope for the best. So let us dream a little longer.
