Great "Brutal Planet," but this "Dragontown," while less heavy and lighter in content, is even better. Excellent review.

For now, no dates in the Livorno area have been officially confirmed, but we remain hopeful for a response from the designated promoters shortly. In the meantime, there should be some quite interesting summer dates in the Siena - Arezzo area. I am personally considering the possibility of performing on a very important stage in the Lucca area during the most celebrated pagan holiday in the world. Stay tuned for more updates on the live dates of Valkyrian.

Good morning. I haven't had the pleasure of listening to this album, but I hope to remedy this shortcoming soon. The review is interesting and well-structured, as are the accompanying details. Post Scriptum: congratulations on implementing the anti-anonymous filter; I fully support your choice.

It is with great pleasure that I inform the users of Debaser that within a few days a detailed account of the live experience, which saw the Valkyrian triumph in their new role as headlining band at the Metal Festival in Sinalunga, will be published online on this portal. See you soon.

Sebastian Bach Bring 'Em Bach Alive!

I would like to thank Fidia for the passionate defense of Skid Row, a band that has absolutely nothing in common with Bon Jovi, except for a small debt of honor (shared, among others, with Cinderella) due to being "discovered" by the carnival-esque singer from New Jersey (ah, there's another thing in common: the geographic origin...). Even Skid Row's self-titled debut was a much harder work than anything ever produced by Bon Jovi, "Slippery When Wet" included. Not to mention the granite-like "Slave To The Grind," one of the best (if not the best) hard rock albums of the entire '90s. A truly magnificent album. Following that is "Subhuman Race," another interesting chapter, featuring a much more introspective vocal performance from Bach (an album that will also appeal to fans of Soundgarden, Pantera, and Alice In Chains). This live recording I've described is a decent product (mine is three stars, not an exaggeration), performed by a good band that adequately supports Sebastian's magnificent voice. Of course, with a monstrous drummer like Rob Affuso, it would have been another thing; a bassist like Rachel Bolan would have done better, but it is what it is... A salute to everyone.

Beautiful review regarding a DVD that instead of getting lost among useless extras, embarrassing videos, and incomprehensible ramblings (see the last pathetic DVD from Annihilator), goes straight to the point and offers an extraordinary show!!
Pure Rubbish Pure Rubbish

A truly, truly, truly horrifying record. A tragedy of a mini-album, and thank goodness it’s mini mini!! I haven't listened to the album, but there's a reason: I bought this expanded single (in polyurethane! ha! ha! ha!). Nice review: it will prevent mistakes in user purchases (who will be very happy about it).

But learn to write Genoo!!! "The photographer who composed the cover"...what kind of language is that? The photographer composes?? And then you’re one of those who knows enough about rock, but that doesn’t excuse you from mixing Skid Row with people like Poison, PBF, Tuff, and the like... The vision is very narrow because it’s limited to the Italian perception of what came from the States in those years. Skid Row created a hard rock masterpiece with "Slave to the Grind", a true manifesto of heavy music in general. The only hard rock album to debut at number one on Billboard. The first self-titled album might have been "catchy", but with the second masterpiece, the path taken by the band radically changed. Do you know that even Nirvana (shit) initially started as a Skid Row cover band and played the clubs of Seattle under the name Lifers - Skid Row Cover Band?? Sebastian Bach's voice is one of the most beautiful ever heard: even people like Ian Gillan and David Coverdale have said so. He had an incredible range. Just listen to the power ballad "Wasted Time," the last track of the masterpiece "Slave to the Grind". Let’s try to talk intelligently and judge the music and the characters. Come on, aside from Bach’s physicality (who is a magnificent singer), what is there to say about musicians like Rob Affuso (a drummer on the level of Dave Lombardo) or Dave "The Snake" Sabo, a guitarist who created incredible riffs (the reference to Slave is still mandatory).
