...beautiful unplugged...even though it's a bit short (I have it on DVD, and it's the same length as the CD)...by the way, about INTO THE LIGHT...for me it's a little gem...and the song "River" is spectacular...
Blackmore's Night Ghost Of A Rose

...true, the title track is also beautiful.

Yes, I also say that the album is good, and it's worth listening to deep session '96 as well.
Ozzy Osbourne Under Cover
Voto:
..not bad... our Ozzy is getting older too... but it's all good.
Europe Start From the Dark

...to be honest, I don't mind it....they're not the Europeans, but a "new" group...also because Tempest and Norum have been solo artists for 10 years and the other 3 come from Brazen Abbot, which, if you don't mind me saying, is a great band of guitarist/violinist Nikolo Kotzev, who is highly respected, so their "dirty work" has been done...

...I knew that Blackmore hadn't even met Dio in '97 (an interview given by Dio himself on Flash), because he himself said not of the meeting with the managers, but only spoke to them on the phone (and we all know who Blackmore's manager is... the MOTHER-IN-LAW, that is, Night's mom) and Blackmore's manager said that the guitarist was no longer (at that time) interested in Rainbow, even more so with Dio, because he had to pursue (at that time) the new medieval pop/rock project... and that they later became friends, fine... but lately in various interviews with Dio, he hasn't been very friendly when asked about Blackmore as a companion in adventures, on the contrary, he accuses him for the '78 dispute, for breaking due to Blackmore's "monetary dishonesty" towards him and the group... and Dio concludes this part of the interview by saying that probably Blackmore's reasoning was right (even though he, Dio, still doesn't agree and therefore does not take responsibility for the Rainbow's downfall) because he saw where he had managed to get to... mmmm... with words like that, spoken just over two years ago... I don’t think they are very good friends... and then officially at the base of the dispute they said it was due to Blackmore's desire for commercial success... well, that makes sense too.

...they had only heard from the managers of the two (dio/blackmore), but "man in black" refused....
...In the latest Blackmore's Night ("Village Lanterne"....which I don't think is the best, also because they did a terrible job on "Santa Theresa" by Joan Osborne in my opinion...a very sweet song that they twisted...badly!!! I had really, really appreciated their cover of "Diamond and Rust" by Joan Baez...actually, they made me feel the same emotion, if not more, than the original. I thought they would release a reimagined version of "Santa Theresa," but not one that was completely altered...anyway, just my opinion...maybe everyone else likes it) in the bonus tracks (while on the official CD it's only sung by Candice Night) there's the version of "Street of Dreams" sung by Candice Night together with Joy Linn Turner...so there’s a faint possibility that over time, Blackmore and Turner might do something together...especially since in an interview a few years ago, Turner said that he and Blackmore had written new songs, now tucked away in a drawer, for an album that was supposed to be released in '84 after "Bent out of Shape," but Blackmore decided to return to Deep....So, who knows!!!...But!!! Dario Mello like Bolin? It could be in part...but you have to listen to it all, because at certain moments it can even resemble Iommi, but it gives me chills when I hear the "Blackmore that's in him"…you have no idea :-)
