Genesis Live At Syria Mosque, 1976

There is a big misunderstanding; many think that Gabriel had a great voice, but few remember that all the backing vocals were by Collins, which created the typical blend. Once Peter Collins left, he took over vocals as a temporary solution, and it worked, so they never looked for a replacement. The (true) fans of the band didn't really feel the change; compositionally, Gabriel was only 25%, and this never discouraged anyone in the band. Peter himself will admit that Collins sang much better than he did.

Dear commentators, I would like to clarify that I did not write a comment on this page and therefore I have no fake accounts. I am a health biologist graduated with top marks and a professional license, and I work my ass off from Monday to Friday to dedicate myself to basic research. Regards.

But it is a page of history, nothing more.

Never loved "Animals," here the albums could now be titled Roger Waters and Pink Floyd. Your musical background is interesting; make use of it to embark on a perpetual exploration in the world of music and beyond.
John Lennon & Yoko Ono Some Time In New York City

Giving space to Ono was a huge mistake. The second LP is pointless and it cost the record label the sonic flop of the entire project. Harrison was right to say no thanks when John insisted that his partner should have her own space for quacking and various colics at the concert for Bangladesh.

Here is everything they will later do when they change things up a bit with "Hot Space," the audience will tear them apart. Too bad because Roger Taylor had good ideas and he would express some of them as a solo artist.
Genesis Selling England By The Pound

Well... of the first period, it is perhaps the least successful, "The battle of Epping Forest" is among their ugliest tracks of the entire career.
Queen Greatest Hits
Voto:
With Queen, it’s hard to damage an LP by extracting singles; apart from "II," the rest of their albums are a mishmash of various styles that work well even when taken individually. Nonetheless, it's a very enjoyable pop-rock group. This is a simple greatest hits collection; "The Game" is represented because it brought three hits and it was also the most recent album.
Pink Floyd Empire Pool, November 16th 1974

I consider Wright an excellent finisher, with very refined tastes, but I can't put him on the same level as Tony Banks, for example, who is much more complete. "Wet Dreams" is a good background album, while I don't know "Broken China." Solo Waters is tedious, and without the restraint of the other three, he is almost unbearable. Gilmour is a great guitarist, but as a solo artist, he has merely got by with three works, of which at least two are decent. Mason has not been present and has contributed very little even within the same Floyd.

Well... aside from Barrett, who was a story unto himself, the other four taken alone were pretty normal, as their rather lackluster solo careers clearly show. Pink Floyd are the most glaring example that five/four minds can work very well together, while individually they don't really say much. Anyway, "Dark Side.." was conceived for one reason: TO SELL!
Saying that Wright is the greatest keyboardist in history is an out-of-place hyperbole.
