Fabrizio De André Fabrizio De André in Concerto (DVD)
Voto:
The last two tours with the kids are exceptional, among the most beautiful live performances ever heard.
Antonello Venditti Ullalla
Voto:
On every Venditti album, there should be a label saying "handle with care," at least until "Sotto la Pioggia" in 1982, and after "Cuore," it should say "biological hazard." Anyway, he has always been a "fake comrade." My father contacted him in the '70s to perform a concert in Ovada (Alessandria) and he demanded an outrageous fee just for himself, and they also had to provide him with a piano. With that amount, they hired Banco del Mutuo Soccorso. Bye bye, now he has been reduced to the worst Roman caricature.
Eugenio Finardi Fibrillante
Voto:
I have to get it, I heard it from Mixo yesterday on Radio Capital. Even his '80s work, aside from "Colpi di Fulmine," is on par with the '70s.
The Jimi Hendrix Experience Electric Ladyland
Voto:
In fact, Jimi was strongly in favor of the cover designed by Eastman, as demonstrated by the handwritten plan for the album found in the CD booklet. It was the record label that insisted on the one with the nude girls that Hendrix hated.
Sophie Ellis-Bextor Wanderlust
Voto:
An honest career, too honest for the current pop world.
Steve Hackett Cured
Voto:
Already the smiling Hackett in the photo should raise a warning, beach disc. This photo replaces the spectral portraits that his wife, the Brazilian Kim Poor, took for the previous albums; the internal picture of the couple embracing is an additional sign that here Steve is quite disengaged. Pleasant little record in the instrumentals but mediocre in the songs.
Fabrizio De André Le Nuvole: Il Concerto 1991
Voto:
No, it's not a different concert, it's complete.
Buggles Adventures In Modern Recording
Voto:
It has been recently reissued with a booklet containing the entire story of the album, featuring ten bonus tracks including the demos of "We Can Fly From Here" and a gorgeous unreleased track, "Dion." This LP is absolutely worth rediscovering.

Banks and his associates found the cover ugly and convoluted compared to the previous ones, which is why they decided to cut ties with Whitehead. The next one was entrusted to an old, typically British painter. I personally agree with them; it’s really ugly.
10cc Ten Out Of 10

After this, it seems to me that there was still an LP, then the breakup. They made pop that was too cultured and sophisticated, and they collected less than they deserved in my opinion.
