Jethro Tull Songs From the Wood

I think the concept of a review isn't very clear to you; there's no rhythm.. the writing is boring. To review means to communicate your opinion in a few lines and give some useful indications to frame the work for those who are not familiar with the group or the work being reviewed.

The album isn’t even that bad; it’s a record from the late '70s that is neither remarkable nor disappointing. It’s craftsmanship, just like ā€œWorks IIā€ was the year before. The cover art is indefensible, and everyone only remembers that.

Is this part of those German movies that try to rehabilitate some criminal? Rommel was a Nazi, the Nazis were criminals. The Germans supported them for convenience, and except for the initial opponents like the student group "Die Weiße Rose," blindly. In the end, they were a destroyed nation, but many denied and will always deny having been complicit in a collective madness.

Lucio Battisti Hegel

Fantastic album, having downloaded the Mogolian ballast allowed Lucio to elevate himself and experiment. In these "white" albums, therefore, removing "Don Giovanni," it is Battisti who writes the music to the lyrics and not vice versa.
Talking Heads Remain in Light
Voto:
The peak of Talking Heads and effectively their end, despite at least three other good albums that followed. This is a return to the roots of music, an obsessive rhythm in an urban jungle they know well. They are perhaps the most intellectual and complex American band, even though Byrne is Scottish. Their first four albums are all essential, and the tour based on "Remain in Light," documented in "The Name of This Band is Talking Heads," is insane... a kind of physical-musical experience. Everything worked when there were four of them turning the machine; Tina and Chris were an impressive melodic rhythmic force. When Byrne started to act like a despot, things didn't go well, and their last LP "Naked" is quite unbearable except for a few tracks.
Jethro Tull Under Wraps

I'm sorry to say this is poorly written; the punctuation is a disaster. Honestly, the album is awful, along with "Ice on Fire" by Elton John (I'll throw in "Leather Jackets" too), the worst album I've ever listened to. The serious thing is that Tull might have even done worse, "A Passion Play". It's not so much the drum machine... it's that the songs are just terrible, the only saving grace is the cover.

I don't know, but by now I associate the Tulls with the scene where Firesta destroys their last LP on vinyl... shouting at his staff, "another shitty LP by the Tulls."
