Outlaw Pete is one of the worst ever written by Springsteen; it leaks from all sides with the added aggravation of being pretentious beyond all limits.

Bruce Springsteen Working On A Dream
Voto:
The usual clichés about Springsteen, articulated by those who have never listened to his music out of sheer prejudice. It certainly doesn't seem like he is the one being artificial; rather, it's the same old unjust criticisms about things that are often not understood. This album undoubtedly deserves many critiques, but the Boss's past remains an important piece of rock history.

I agree with Blackdog, unfortunately it's an album of embarrassing emptiness...
Patti Smith Horses
Voto:
Now it may be pathetic, but Horses is memorable and even the subsequent albums are of high quality (and Because The Night is a great song, not to mention).

Great choice, Don. Sublime record.
