Great review brimming with enthusiasm, I really like the album, it’s actually great, the early Aerosmith were truly a band with guts, with that excellent rocking influence, far removed from the ballad band they’ve confined themselves to nowadays. The subsequent Get Your Wings isn't bad either, do you like it ORSETTO863?

I also agree that considering Black Sabbath with Ozzy as "the only true" is nonsense, because with Dio, Gillan, and Hughes they achieved great things. One piece was missing...

Very classic metal, nothing revolutionary, but very enjoyable. Excellent review.

I remain of the opinion of my review: undoubtedly not the best chapter with Tony Martin, with whom Iommi will shine in masterpieces like Headless Cross and Tyr. Great review, complete and thorough, and I also agree in considering Black Sabbath with Ozzy the only true ones.

Great album too, although this is their masterpiece. Listen to a lot of Jethro Tull, the best!
Colin & Greg Strause Alien vs. Predator 2: Requiem
Voto:
This film is not great, even worse than its prequel Alien vs. Predator 1 from 2004, which featured Raoul Bova (who then went on to do Scusa ma ti chiamo amore... but damn!). The scene in the maternity ward is in extremely poor taste, the dialogues are very weak and predictable, and in general, it’s a further deterioration towards the usual American action drivel. We are certainly far from Alien 1 or Predator 1. At least in Alien vs. Predator 1 from 2004, there was an attempt to mix the traits of the first two franchises, and the pyramid storyline wasn't too bad. Here, nothing remains: the franchises have slipped out of control, and I hope they don’t make any more films with these creatures (Xenomorphs and Yautja).

Well, more than anything, it's the American army that always looks like a fool in these kinds of movies. Predator is cool, has advanced technology, and uses Aliens as training to earn his honor; he's got everything under control, and when he doesn't, he wipes everything out with a bomb. This movie isn't great, even worse than its prequel Alien vs. Predator 1 from 2004, which had Raoul Bova (who then did Scusa ma ti chiamo amore... what a shame!). The scene in the maternity ward is in extremely bad taste, with really weak and predictable dialogues, and in general, it's a typical American action flick gone wrong. We're certainly far from Alien 1 or Predator 1. At least in Alien vs. Predator 1 from 2004, they tried to mix the characteristics of the first two sagas, and the pyramid storyline wasn't too bad. The franchises have spiraled out of control; I hope they don't make any more movies with these creatures (Xenomorphs and Yautja).

Otherwise known as "Red Crow You Will Not Have My Scalp," one of the greatest western masterpieces of all time.

Well, I'm not very convinced about this, in fact, I've read a few little history books myself, and for sure the simple soldiers or those of lower rank were not exactly euphoric about going to Russia, especially since the vast majority of them were conscripted into service. I have a direct testimony from my grandfather, who managed to get through it in the end, much to his relief.

I've always heard great things about this album, so I'll give it a listen.
The woman depicted on the cover has a strange resemblance to Madonna.
Here's a curiosity of mine: is it true that some of the Little Feat were part of Frank Zappa's Mothers Of Invention?
