Nice story, I admire you! I also enjoy mountain (or rather, hill) runs, although during the toughest stretches I curse the moment I signed up! Anyway, the pain you feel the next day isn’t due to lactic acid (which clears out in a couple of hours) but to the microtraumas caused by intense activity.

Great Gabbox, as usual. I just started listening to him not long ago, but I think "our" guy has learned the lessons well from the masters of the Detroit House, first and foremost Carl Craig. In the more club-oriented tracks, I can feel a hint of New York nu-skool house (like Quentin Harris). If only there were more debut works like this! By the way, what happened to Lorca?
