Clichés worn out and repeated, clichés in droves and a stupid ending. After watching this film, I canceled my Sky Cinema subscription.

Welcome back Zion, great review! @ Giubbo: Norman Cook is one of those who has crossed the electronic scene transversally since the late '80s to today, from his experience with the Housemartins, productions with various Beats International, Freakpower (acid jazz period), Pizzaman (dance) to Fatboy Slim and Mighty Dub Katz of recent times. Comparisons with the Chemical Brothers can't really be made; I think they made their mark only during the great ferment of Big Beat (personal opinion). The only sour note in all this: the album Palookaville really sucks! and I even bought the original.. youthful mistakes.

Beautiful review for a good album. I take this opportunity to point out to the reviewer and all those interested in the genre that in 1996 an album called "Nuyorican Soul" was released, produced by the (best house producers ever) Masters at Work, featuring Eddie Palmieri, Tito Puente, Luisito Quintero, Roy Ayers, Jocelyn Brown, George Benson, India... in short, a medley of all the Puerto Rican culture of New York. In this album, the contamination is not only between Latin jazz and salsa, but there’s also soul, disco, and a touch of house music.

Well, if you're passionate about it, you know it's spelled "meteorology," not "metereologia"...

The review says little and it says it poorly. This SMS language is really unbearable. A little less time on e-mule and more on books could only do you good. As for the rest, I find this album quite monotonous, despite the 20 tracks. Regards.

Björk Vespertine

You didn’t mention that the project "Vespertine" involved Matmos and Matthew Herbert, which doesn’t seem like a small thing to me. The album is beautiful but, over time, a bit boring for my tastes.

Ghemison, you’ve surely listened to some tracks from this album. Maybe "Jack your body," the soundtrack for the Citroen C4 ad, where the car transformed into a robot. Too bad that after the album with Madonna his tracks disappeared. Nice review, although I didn’t understand who Riccardo Giacomino is.
