I like it, it’s a highway already traveled and that’s fine. By the way, my sofa is really uncomfortable.
Jesu Sun Down / Sun Rise
Voto:
I’ve listened to a lot of Jesu over the years, but I’ve never fallen in love with it: I think it brings a bit of bad luck. However, a dose of Jesu now and then is good for you. I go against the grain and say that my favorite is Lifeline.
Big Black The Hammer Party
Voto:
For me Effigies > Naked Raygun > Big Black. Then of course when it comes to "sound," Steve Albini is indisputable.

I am younger and I only know the Jesu. I'm going to burn the cyclamens.
Hüsker Dü Candy Apple Grey

There's nothing to say about the review, except that to err is human, to persist, etc., etc. Anyway, aside from everything, I agree on one thing: it's not a five-star album. And now I’m off before the "old guard" gets angry...
The Myrrors Burning Circles In the Sky
Voto:
But I devour this stuff for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it's strange it slipped my mind: back in 2008, I was at the peak of my psych-sound shape, wearing a spacesuit always ready for takeoff; I smoked like 200 psychedelic albums, but there was no trace of Myrrors. Anyway: Arena Negra is excellent, the page is perfect, the cover is already opening my third eye, they are mysterious (two albums only seven years apart), and I'm heading straight to Bandcamp.
Chrome Half Machine Lip Moves
Voto:
This page leaves no escape, aside from shrimp and other shellfish. Especially great with linguine, in the 70s they proved to be more beneficial for American moods than listening to Residents (too mannered!), Tuxedomoon, and Chrome.
AA.VV. Be A Caveman
Voto:
Rereading the notes in the booklet, I was surprised to find Brett Gurewitz (Bad Religion) and Epitaph in the mix. I thought they were completely separate worlds.

I, young lad, own only two records (miracle workers and plan 9) in addition to the reviewed compilation; I'm going to take another stroll on the BOMP site.

Psycho, have you heard Capra Informis (a side project of Goat)? They just released an EP on Rocket that I think is super cool. Damn, if it didn't cost 21 euros, I'd grab it!
