Castrivenian Reborn from the Ashes

I'm in a black metal phase, I'm blasting this too. By the way, to me the covers like Darkthrone's (or, in this case, Pure Holocaust's) have always been a bit laughable...

I've been listening to it quite a bit. Maybe they've lost the "magic" they had before in favor of a more standard gothic rock, but with each listen I find new ideas and touches that keep it fresh. Played (and sung) like a god, by the way.
Coil Black Antlers
Voto:
I respect Coil but I can't get into them. Over the years, I think I've listened to 5-6 of their albums but not a single note has stuck in my head. Nice page (as always).

Played today on headphones, really great listening (just saying). Very old school. Sacrafiamma standard-bearer of the underground

Great, a bit of black metal was just what was needed to start the summer. Lately, I've been spinning the latest albums from Paysage d'Hiver and Oranssi Pazuzu (which I think are their best - I know, heresy) but I don't know much about Northern Silence Productions, except that they have beautiful covers. Definitely need to listen.

I’ll start by saying that I don’t watch TV series, especially if they’re based on novels; I’d rather go for a walk in the fields, have a beer, or visit an abandoned cemetery. In this case, Atwood’s book isn’t exactly a "top of the line" (in my opinion), although it is very good. Staying with female authors who have tackled similar themes, Le Guin and Octavia Butler are several notches above, again from my very uninformed point of view. I didn’t find the review all that puritanical, except for the fact that "a world where friendship and gender equality were a common front" has never existed. Cheiosappia.

Are you sure? It seems to me that the 2015 vinyl reissue is widely available on various online stores. And the news of his death was covered by the NYT and Rolling Stone, to say the least.
Luigi Musolino Della donna aracnide
Voto:
Excellent, and Ewers' "Il Ragno" is memorable. I would like to add two comments: 1) The reference to the 883 is not, in my opinion, a nostalgic call but rather "horrific" 2) while you can escape from the pages of King, you cannot from those of Musolino.

Wow, what have you dug out? I had completely forgotten they existed.
