Nine Inch Nails The Downward Spiral
Voto:
too straightforward, too exoteric, cutting out Freud with these answers, cutting out Wilhelm Reich, cutting out 50 years of scientific, phenomenological, and philosophical studies. Just so you know, I got interested in these things not by reading Dianetics, but by studying things like the Tibetan Book of the Dead. But maybe you meant SESTO SENSO THE CLUB - DISCOTECA DESENZANO - LAGO DI GARDA.

Voto:
idealism yes, idealism no, and everything so fractured, am I an idealist in this? ok and so?? I'm not an idealist for this other thing, that's fine, but it's not up for debate, the "forget about Ballard" is a very vague phrase and too romantically tied to your passions (maybe I guessed right), almost a bit touchy, unless you have valid reasons to tell me to leave it alone.
Maurice Ravel Musica orchestrale
Voto:
So far, Ravel has tested me; although I have really enjoyed pieces like Pavane, Boléro, and the Rapsodie espagnole, I must say that for now, I prefer him in his piano guise.

Voto:
For those who want to educate themselves on Ravel at an orchestral level, you can't go wrong with the triple "Complete Orchestral Works" conducted by Abbado and the London Symphony Orchestra, which collects all his orchestral works, including those mentioned here as well as La Tombeau de Couperin and Valses nobles et sentimentales. What can I say; they are certainly not easy on a first listen, but then you understand that it’s the work of a master.
Bob Dylan Desire
Voto:
Yes, indeed, Blood on the Tracks is what can be compared to Desire, considering only the '70s, the one that can stand up to the comparison, and yet Desire seems to have an extra visionary gear even compared to Blood, in my opinion, which still remains another masterpiece full of amazing tracks.

Voto:
perhaps the most intense Italian album I have ever listened to, you can really feel the cult-like and ritualistic essence behind their expression, both when they speak of public pains and private ones, religiosity is something different from cultic or ritual attendance, history has no experience, it neither contemplates us nor are we contemplating it, who knows how long we will have to wait for an album in Italy to be at the same philosophical level as this. Memoria Parla Consolante, ages come and go, wonderful.

funereal and catatonic, they couldn't exit the scene better.

Since you were at it, you could have also mentioned "Esco" and "Blu," two other massive tracks. In short, a perfect album; perhaps only "Tancredi" doesn't quite match the tracklist.
