Bob Dylan Modern Times
Voto:
I can't judge the album since I haven't listened to it, although "Ain't Talkin'", from what I've read about it, intrigues me a little.

I mean, you can't decide that for yourself.

Yes, but you don't have to give a general judgment on what is or isn't; just stick to personal opinions.

The review would be a 4, but too many "great," "unique," and various stuff... and then, honestly, it seems to me that Dylan is somewhat capitalizing on what he once was (like almost all old artists, by the way), with old ideals, thoughts, I don't know... maybe it's just my impression.
Edoardo Bennato e Alex Britti Notte di mezz'estate

I agree on everything, I once said that if Bennato had stopped playing twenty-five years ago, for any reason, he would have remained a legend, and I mentioned, for example, Rino Gaetano (who in my opinion are quite similar), even if the second-to-last album: L'uomo occidentale wasn't too bad, they might seem like little protest songs just to sell, but the fact that they are very direct does not mean at all that they are fake.

Well done review, I haven't listened to the album.

For Poletti: simple sending error.

Indeed, as I wrote in the reviews, Kurt seems tired, weary from concerts here and there. The music appears to be normal on the surface, but within those four notes and that voice that seems resigned, there is a rage—a strange rage (I would dare to call it calm)—that remains mostly inside and can only be released when he sings. However, in my opinion, it is a different kind of rage from that of Smells Like Teen Spirit.

Yes, and this is mainly due to the voice, as well as the lyrics; magnificent songs, if sung by mediocre singers, become mediocre songs.
