The idea that the Bible and science are two opposite things is absolutely untrue. Although it is not a strictly scientific book, the Bible contains many accurate scientific pieces of information. For example, more than two thousand five hundred years ago, long before the birth of Christ, the Bible hinted at the circle of the Earth, when at the time it was still believed that beyond a certain point there was nothing. It was also thought that a great man held the earth up, whereas in the Bible it is clearly written that the earth is suspended over nothing. Furthermore, in the sacred scriptures, there is a reference to the water cycle, and these are just a few of the scientific notions contained in the Bible.

As for pirates, I am reading "Treasure Island," very nice. I really want to read this one. To be honest, I plan to read three or four other books. Every time, they all pile up on me.

The film is nice, even though it's not a masterpiece. The only things I didn't like were the ending (too clichéd and feel-good) and the scene depicting American tourists who, in response to the boy's phrase "This is India," referring to the harsh life of the slums, help him and say "This is America" (and from this, it’s perfectly clear that the film is American). Other than that, there's nothing to say; the film does an excellent job of portraying a realistic snapshot of everyday life in India—everything about India is there in the film.
