Beautiful review, but I really can’t give you a 5, simply because there are at least fifteen reviews of this album out there. Another thing: with 'Breathe' and 'Us And Them' you used the exact same words. Maybe that's a mistake.

If perfection existed among us common mortals, I would define it as the perfect track (see, I'm starting to get into the mindset of the philosophical-existentialist Battiato, aren’t I?). You’ve made me want to take the album and listen to it in one go. "I giorni della monotonia" feels like a masterpiece to me (maybe I’m exaggerating, but in the end, why not?), I don’t know, I need to go read the lyrics.

A bit rushed, but still good. Among my favorite songs by the Police are "Roxanne," "Message in a Bottle," "Walking on the Moon," and "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic."

Sorry, I meant to say "imagined."

The ability to combine musical language with a simpler one, so that anyone, whether they wish to understand the technical aspects or simply want to grasp what it feels like to listen to the work, can fully comprehend. Cultured language, but not snobbish, and above all very beautiful and moving; for a moment, I imagined being truly in the ballroom. I would say perfect, congratulations.

I know the album, I wanted to listen to it, but then I didn’t do anything more. But now you’ve made me want to listen to it again.

Fabrizio De André Anime salve

Stunning album, very nice review, perhaps a bit too philosophical but with interesting insights. It's incredible how the career of a singer is clear from start to finish without any falls. Usually, musical legends, upon reaching artistic maturity, let themselves go and create nothing more, but De André was not like that. Anyway, I had heard some phrases from your review somewhere before, I don't know...
