floyd, it could be that in that case by "old" he meant tired, since I've never seen a 27-year-old "old" (maybe inside, but outside, no).

I have listened to some songs from this album in the Unplugged, but I've never heard the whole record; I should do that. Beautiful review, full of emotions, perhaps the best among all the others discussing the same album. Although the sentence: "This album is a sincere and passionate letter written by a man who is absolutely not happy, but who wants to continue living" seems almost contradictory to me since he later committed suicide. But then we enter into a context that is too broad.
