Aaaah! I'm just coming back from a well-deserved vacation! I want to thank all the commenters, especially those who made an effort not to talk about politics. I tried to avoid the topic, I admit... with this, I don’t want to offend those who brought it up; I recognize that politics is a significant part of the MCR discourse, but it's a topic that always leads to online arguments, and it’s not worth it. this album is beautiful, and as for the raised fist, well, I think it’s foolish to label it as an empty gesture; perhaps it’s often out of place… the kids who raise their fists at MCR concerts, Ska-p, etc. I don’t think they’re all stupid, and if they’ve chosen to follow that kind of music, which I also enjoy, then let them do it, as long as they educate themselves and know what they’re doing. The worst enemy of everything and everyone is ignorance, complacency, not communists or fascists. It’s ignorance that breeds intolerance and violence…

Among the pearls of my previous intervention, I notice a blunder sticking out... I wrote it thinking of “viva la vida muera la muerte,” I don't know why, for no reason... it’s not just two or three political songs. The whole album is on the same theme, more or less... for the rest, everything else is fine. And after this pilgrim moment, I'm off.

I don't agree on one thing: even if some songs are easier to play than others, I wouldn't treat them with such distrust. For example, I think wait for sleep is really beautiful, even though it's probably true what you say that others could play it too.
