I find with some surprise that this writing of yours hasn't annoyed me excessively, as often happened in the past, with the exception of the last paragraph which I find a bit irritatingly incoherent. However, I went further and read your personal profile, and I can't help but invite you, as they say, to tone it down, because in describing your supposed role as the main theorist of political and social issues on the site, you assign yourself an importance that (rest assured) you don't have. I thought it was worth pointing that out to you.

I hate them all, but with sportsmanship.

My question is, why? Huh? Why is it that if this movie (or book) is the phenomenon of the moment and is supposed to have a lot of very passionate fans, it’s covered in ones on this page and there’s no trace of very passionate fans or even slightly passionate fans? Something doesn’t add up. There must be someone who is a fan. Come on! Step forward!

I always thought it was a phenomenon for fourteen-year-olds, or at least for people with a disheartening lack of literary culture. Then I discovered that even one of my professors (in university) is passionate about it. Frankly, I can't explain all of this, especially since I've never seen/read anything about it. It would be great if a passionate individual would step forward to finally explain what people find in this thing. Come on!

I still have to listen to it!! I heard "a sangue freddo" (the single) somewhere, and it didn’t sound bad to me… I’m getting attached to these guys! Good review.

Very nice review, which accurately captures the many facets of the film. There's just one thing I don’t agree with: the severity of some images you mention, I did not see them from a purely visual standpoint; let me explain: like in "funny games," there are practically no scenes of explicit violence; however, an atmosphere of tension, suspicion, fear—basically latent malevolence—gradually develops, which (and here’s the twist) is not explained, nor dissipated by the ending, except very partially. Applause! STAMME BEN, VECIO!

why do you presume to have the right to tell 80,000 people to go fuck themselves, considering them a bunch of goats with a massive generalization that undermines your reasoning? why do you lash out without restraint against a sport, making baseless judgments about it, those who practice it, and those who follow it? why do you claim to talk about sports when in reality, in your review, you don't discuss sports at all? why do you speak of reflections when, by your own admission, your writing is nothing more than a release, and I would add, very little lucid? I repeat, I agree with you on the issue of the herd that follows current trends, but I believe that starting from this absolutely shareable premise, you have written a terrible review. which could have been done much better. cordially.

Hello, I like sports, I enjoy playing football first and foremost, but not only that, and I also like watching sports on television. And guess what? I still consider myself a good person.
As for the review, in my opinion, while I fundamentally share the point about "following trends in a sheep-like manner," it's rather pointless.

here's a classic example of "someone who strives not to get there." you're right, of course: there are those who are worse off. so what? must we necessarily settle for a situation that we clearly see isn't as good as it should be, just because thankfully there are those who are worse off? what kind of reasoning is that? so why do we complain about Berlusconi, when in Korea there's Kim Jong-il and in Burma there's Than Shwe, and they are the ones really suffering? why do we complain about the privatization of water, when in Africa they don't have any? and so on infinitely. it becomes pointless to speak up with this kind of reasoning. want an example of what I see as an emblem of gender inequality in Italy? think of the Minister for Equal Opportunities.

Stinger, in my opinion it's perfectly useless to compare the situation of women to the past, because what matters is here and now. Rather, the situation of women in Italy should be compared to that in other countries. And indeed, Kurt, I completely agree with you; I trust that in some countries the situation is better than in Italy. It was Italy I was referring to with my comment, and I reaffirm it word for word. Phallocentrism is rampant, in every field.
